1. Registration Fees

Registration/enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is successfully processed, unless a specific written exception is announced for a cohort.

2. Penalty Payments

All penalty payments are non-refundable and non-transferable after successful payment.

3. Missed Sessions and Personal Circumstances

Refunds are not issued for missed sessions due to personal schedules, health constraints, travel, network limitations, or non-participation.

4. Program Changes

Tracks, themes, and cohort delivery formats may change as part of ongoing program operations and improvements. Such changes do not automatically create refund eligibility.

5. Payment Failures and Duplicate Charges

In case of failed transactions or duplicate deductions, please contact support with transaction details. Verified duplicate charges are reversed or adjusted through the payment provider workflow.
