- Enrollment, support, and participant communication.
- Attendance and policy enforcement operations.
- Certificate and recognition processing.
- Security, compliance, and service improvement.
3. In-Camp Profile Sharing
For cohort participation, limited profile details (such as display name, photo, and contact number) may be visible to fellow participants in official camp groups.
4. Testimonials and Publicity
Testimonials, review videos, and success stories may be used in website or social media promotion only where valid consent is available. You may contact support to withdraw future promotional use where technically and legally feasible.
5. Contact Confidentiality
Participant contact details are confidential and are shared for camp coordination only. Unauthorized sharing, resale, non-camp solicitation, or extraction of participant contacts is prohibited.
6. Payments and Gateway Processing
Payments are processed through Razorpay or equivalent compliant processors. 5 AM Club does not store full card data. Processor handling is governed by PCI-DSS and the provider's applicable privacy and security standards.
7. Data Security and Retention
We follow reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. Data is retained only for operational, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.
